November 26, 2011. I would like to share the beauty and the magic that Timbuktu has about it. But today is not the day for that. We are all well, were flown out this morning, will spend the night in Mopti and then leave Mali for Burkina Faso.
We’ll travel on. What happened yesterday isn’t Africa, isn’t Mali, isn’t even Timbuktu.
My thoughts are with the men we had to leave behind. May they return home safely soon. We love you, guys!
