2012-01-28 – Climbing Mount Cameroon, Day 1, a set on Flickr.
At 4100m Mount Cameroon is West Africa’s highest peak. That is a far behind Tanzania’s Mt. Kilimanjaro but still a challenging hike.
The first day started in the jungle and ended above the tree line.
NB: As there were so many photos I split the Mount Cameroon pics into three sets. Please also check out the summit on day 2 and our walk through lava fields on day 3.
